STEP 1: Complete the Work Permit Application
STEP 2: Email a picture or scan of your completed application to MejiaM@esuhsd.org
STEP 3: Ms. Mejia will email students when the permit is ready to be picked up.

Once an application is submitted please check your student email regularly. Ms. Mejia will email students when the permit is ready to be picked up at the Learning Center.
Students must be present to pick up work permit as their signature is required.

You can also pick up a hardcopy from the front office, 8:30 - 4 PM Monday - Friday.
Do not forget to include:
